Refund policy

If the Product Has Not Been Received:
- Customers may request a refund for the product only, excluding shipping, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable). Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval and returned via the original payment method.

If the Product is Defective or Has a Manufacturing Fault:
- Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon verification of the defect, we will issue a replacement.

Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Expired Return/Exchange Window: Requests made after the specified time frame will not be accepted.
- Used or Damaged Products: Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange. This includes any product that has had the security seal removed or has been tampered with.
- Missing Packaging or Accessories: Items returned without their original packaging, price tags, labels, or accessories are ineligible for return.
For any exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs. Additionally, shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds.
Final Sale Items: Bundled products and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, or refunds under any circumstances.
